Our colleague Dr. James Buchanan has been awarded the university’s most prestigious faculty research prize, the Lawrence G. Haggerty Faculty Award for Excellence in Research. Dr. Buchanan is the Wehr Distinguished Professor of Biological Sciences at Marquette University and among the faculty who comprise Marquette’s new Neuroscience Ph.D. program.

Our friend and neighbor in the Psychology Department, Dr. Debra Oswald, was also honored with the Way-Klinger Young Scholars Award.
